The effort for “insurance of the players of the national team”, meticulously worked by the Turkish Football Federation for a long period, was completed. The insurance to be arranged by the British HCC-Houston Casualty Company covers the entire period of the players on the National Team camp.

The Turkish Football Federation respect both the rights of the clubs referring footballer to the national team and of the footballers with this insurance provided by it for the national team footballers in the scope of this activity which is a premier in the Turkish Football. The professional footballer temporary disability coverage covers the fixed fees of the footballers as well as their fees per match. The players in the staff of the National Team A shall be able to collect their fee per match written in their contract during the period when they shall be away from the field due to disability to be suffered by them during the camp period. TFF shall also pay the guaranteed money payable by the club to the player in this period.

On the policy to be effective for 1 year, the conditions of the contract of footballers with their club shall be taken as basis and loss payments shall be made according to these conditions. The insurance application has started with the match to be played with the Southern Korea on the 9^th of February and its camp.
